These bright ice pops are not only pretty to look at, but are delicious, and healthy as well.

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Plum
  • 1 Peach Or Nectarine
  • 1/4 Cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Blackberries
  • 1 1/4 Cups Apple Juice
  1. Peel and cut kiwi into thin slices. Halve plum and peach, remove pit and cut flesh into thin wedges.
  2. Divide all fruit among popsicle molds and top with apple juice. Place in freezer 7 hours or overnight.
  3. Makes About 6 Depending On Mold Size
