These bright ice pops are not only pretty to look at, but are delicious, and healthy as well.
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Plum
- 1 Peach Or Nectarine
- 1/4 Cup Raspberries
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Blackberries
- 1 1/4 Cups Apple Juice
- Peel and cut kiwi into thin slices. Halve plum and peach, remove pit and cut flesh into thin wedges.
- Divide all fruit among popsicle molds and top with apple juice. Place in freezer 7 hours or overnight.
- Makes About 6 Depending On Mold Size
