Feel Free to modify this refreshing salad by adding or subtracting vegetables. You can find za’atar at most Middle Eastern markets.

  • 4 Cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Medium Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1 Small Cucumber (Chopped)
  • 5 Radishes (Chopped)
  • 1 Small Red Onion (Chopped)
  • 5 Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 1/3 Cup Parsley (Finely Chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Juice Of Large Lemon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Za’atar
  1. In large-size bowl combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, red onions, green onions, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, and za’atar. Toss well and serve. Yum!
