A combination of oats and quinoa supply lots of protein and fiber to get your day started.

  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 3 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Blackberries
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Almonds
  1. Place oatmeal and almond milk in saucepan and bring to boil. Stir over low heat for 8 minutes and add quinoa. Cook 6 minutes until well combined.
  2. Coarsely chop almonds. Divide oatmeal mixture among 4 bowls and arrange almonds, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
  3. Serve warm
  4. Note: For added flavor heat chopped almonds in heavy pan for 3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serves 4
