A combination of oats and quinoa supply lots of protein and fiber to get your day started.
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 3 Cups Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Blackberries
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 1/4 Cup Raw Almonds
- Place oatmeal and almond milk in saucepan and bring to boil. Stir over low heat for 8 minutes and add quinoa. Cook 6 minutes until well combined.
- Coarsely chop almonds. Divide oatmeal mixture among 4 bowls and arrange almonds, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
- Serve warm
- Note: For added flavor heat chopped almonds in heavy pan for 3 minutes until golden brown.
