It’s spring here on Martha’s Vineyard and the lure of island life is enticing me to sit, drink a a cup of tea, and have a little nibble of a picnic.

I was lucky enough to spend a week on Nantucket. I always feel so healthy when I’m able to breath in sea air and fill my soul with residing by the ocean for awhile.
