A delicious jam that is perfect for toast, waffles, pastries, and buttery biscuits.

  • 16 Medium Oranges (Peeled, Quartered)
  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh Orange Zest
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)
  1. In large-size pot add oranges, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring to boil over a medium-high heat. Stir frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Add orange zest. Continue cooking until mixture has reduced by about a third. Consistency should be thick and syrupy. Add a tad bit more sugar if needed to thicken more if needed.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to clean jars and store in refrigerator. If you decide to store in freezer make sure to use freezer safe jars to avoid cracking.
  3. Makes 2 To 6 Jars Depending On Size Of Jars
