This strawberry milkshake is low fat and filled with fresh ingredients, which makes for a delicious frosty spring & summer treat.
- 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Cups Low-Fat Milk
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
- Place strawberries, milk, ice, vanilla, and honey in blender. Pulse until mixture is frothy and fully combined. Divide mixture among 4 glasses. Top with 1/4 cup scoop frozen yogurt.
