This strawberry milkshake is low fat and filled with fresh ingredients, which makes for a delicious frosty spring & summer treat.

  • 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Low-Fat Milk
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  1. Place strawberries, milk, ice, vanilla, and honey in blender. Pulse until mixture is frothy and fully combined. Divide mixture among 4 glasses. Top with 1/4 cup scoop frozen yogurt.
  2. Serve immediately.
