Beef sautéed with fresh broccoli and coated in a sweet and savory sauce is a classic dish that’s so easy to make.

  • 1 Tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 Pound Flank Steak (Cubed)

  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  1. In small-size bowl combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Add oil to wok or other nonstick pan. Turn heat to medium-high. Add beef and cook 4 to 6 minutes until meat is brown. Pour sauce in pan and stir to coat meat. Once sauce is bubbling add broccoli to pan and stir to coat. Cook 4 to 5 more minutes until meat is cooked through. Stir constantly.
