Rev up your winter salads with a delicious citrus vinaigrette dressing.
- 1/2 Cup Champagne Vinegar
- Zest From 1 Large Grapefruit
- 1 Cup Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- Add all ingredients to large-size jar. Put lid on tightly and shake vigorously until well blended.
- Use immediately or chill until ready to use.
