Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus is nice to have for breakfast or as a dinner side dish.
- 3 Ounces Sliced Prosciutto
 - 1 Pound Green Asparagus (Trimmed)
 - 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
 - 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
 - 1/2 Lemon
 
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 - Line large-size baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
 - Cut or tear each piece of prosciutto lengthwise into 2 to 3 strips. Wrap a prosciutto strip down the length of each asparagus spear. Arrange in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with pepper.
 - Place in oven 15 to 18 minutes until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy.
 - Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
 - Squeeze lemon juice on top just before serving.
 - Serves 4
