Sumac Yogurt Sauce is a delicious accompaniment for grilled lamb, pork, chicken, or vegetables.

  • 12 Ounces Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Sumac
  • 1 Tablespoon Harissa Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  1. In medium-size bowl fold together yogurt, sumac, harissa paste, kosher salt and pepper. Pour into squirt bottle or airtight container. Place in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  2. Makes About 1 Cup
