Try this “upgraded” Apple Tart for a new holiday favorite.

  • 3 Granny Smith Apples (Peel, Core, Slice)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Vietnamese Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 17.3 Ounces Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (Thawed)
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Jelly
  • Powdered Sugar For Dusting
  • 1/2 Cup Caramel Dessert Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In large-size bowl toss apple slices with cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Unfold puff pastry sheets and place snugly on baking sheet gently pressing edges together along longer sides to make 1 large sheet.
  4. Arrange apples in ross on puff pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border of pastry on all sides.
  5. Place in oven for 30 to 35 minutes until apples are tender and tart is golden.
  6. Heat apple jelly either stove top or in microwave until runny. Brush jelly over apples.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar.
  8. In medium-size bowl whisk caramel sauce and tahini until nice and smooth. Drizzle over tart before serving.
