Ranch dressing made healthier with only 10 calories per tablespoon.

  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Low-Fat Buttermilk
  • 1 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Green Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (Finely Chopped)
  1. In medium-size bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk, and lemon juice. Add pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, green onion, and parsley. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
