I grill all year, but especially during the summer months. I like to use my grill for more than grilling meats. Cook this Cheese & Pesto Stuffed Ciabatta on your grill for a family pleasing stuffed bread.
- 1 Loaf Ciabatta Bread
- 8 Ounces Pesto
- 4 Ounces Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Slice along entire length of the loaf of bread, cutting almost all the way to the bottom but leaving about 1/2 inch uncut so slices remain attached.
- Spread pesto in between slices. Stuff cheese in between slices. Wrap entire loaf in heavy duty foil and place over medium-high part of grill for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from grill and carefully unwrap.
- Serve hot.
