The slow cooker keeps these Game Day Mini BBQ Meatballs hot for serving, takes the stress out of entertaining, and are the perfect game-day treat. Use gluten-free panko bread crumbs if you want to make these meatballs gluten-free.
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 2 Pounds Ground Sirloin
- 2 1/2 Cups Barbeque Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- In large-size bowl combine bread crumbs, eggs, and garlic. Add ground sirloin. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Mix well. Form into 1 inch meatballs.
- Add barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup water to slow cooker. Add meatballs. Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
- Serve hot.
