These wine macerated peaches are delicious on their own or served with vanilla ice cream or Chantilly cream.

  • One Bottle Red Wine (750ml)
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Large Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Pounds Peaches (Peeled & Sliced)
  1. In large-size bowl combine wine, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Add peaches. Cover and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Transfer to dessert bowls. Serve plain, with vanilla ice cream, or Chantilly cream.
  3. Serve cold.
