- 3/4 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 3/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 2 Cups Reduced-Fat Or Plant Based Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
