I like to keep tortillas on hand for a quick weeknight meal. Burritos are super easy to make and will fill up a hungry family.  Serve with a side salad and a side of beans. 

  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 16 Ounces Refried Beans
  • 16 Ounces Salsa
  • 8 Burrito Size Tortillas
  • Lettuce
  • Grated Cheese
  • Diced Tomatoes
  1. In a large-size skillet brown beef over a medium-high heat until cooked through. Stir in refried beans and 2 cup salsa. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Spoon filling onto tortillas. Top with lettuce, grated cheese, tomatoes, and additional salsa. Fold and serve.
  3. Makes 8 burritos
