I like to keep tortillas on hand for a quick weeknight meal. Burritos are super easy to make and will fill up a hungry family. Serve with a side salad and a side of beans.
- 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
- 16 Ounces Refried Beans
- 16 Ounces Salsa
- 8 Burrito Size Tortillas
- Lettuce
- Grated Cheese
- Diced Tomatoes
- In a large-size skillet brown beef over a medium-high heat until cooked through. Stir in refried beans and 2 cup salsa. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Spoon filling onto tortillas. Top with lettuce, grated cheese, tomatoes, and additional salsa. Fold and serve.
- Makes 8 burritos
