Fresh salmon needs very little preparation. Easy to make and so good for you, which is a great reason to put this recipe into your culinary rotation.
- 2 Pound Salmon Fillet
- 1 Lemon (Sliced)
- 1 Sprig Dill For Garnish (Optional)
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- Juice Of 1 Lemon
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Coat salmon with olive oil and 1/2 lemon juice. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Place salmon on roasting pan lined with parchment paper. Top with lemon slices. Place in oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to serving platter. Top with dill and remaining lemon juice.
