Skip the store-bought dressing and make your own. If you love garlic then you’ll love this dressing.

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 5 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Or White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  1. Add all ingredients to a jar. Cover and shake well to combine. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to intensify and combine. Use slotted spoon to remove and throw away garlic. Refrigerate between uses.
  2. To serve allow 10 minutes for dressing to come to room temperature and for the olive oil to become liquid again. Shake well to emulsify.
