Feel Free to modify this refreshing salad by adding or subtracting vegetables. You can find za’atar at most Middle Eastern markets.
- 4 Cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Medium Tomato (Chopped)
- 1 Small Cucumber (Chopped)
- 5 Radishes (Chopped)
- 1 Small Red Onion (Chopped)
- 5 Green Onions (Chopped)
- 1/3 Cup Parsley (Finely Chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Juice Of Large Lemon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Za’atar
- In large-size bowl combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, red onions, green onions, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, and za’atar. Toss well and serve. Yum!
