Try this take on the classic corn-on-the-cob. You’ll never settle for simple butter ever again.

  • 4 Ears Of Corn (Shucked & Silk Removed)
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • Cheese Juice Of 1 Lime
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  1. Grill corn on hot grill. Turn to cook evenly. Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise, parsley and pepper.
  2. When corn is done, smear ears with mayonnaise parsley mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and finish with lime juice and cayenne pepper.
  3. Serve warm.
