Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus is nice to have for breakfast or as a dinner side dish.

  • 3 Ounces Sliced Prosciutto
  • 1 Pound Green Asparagus (Trimmed)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line large-size baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Cut or tear each piece of prosciutto lengthwise into 2 to 3 strips. Wrap a prosciutto strip down the length of each asparagus spear. Arrange in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with pepper.
  4. Place in oven 15 to 18 minutes until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice on top just before serving.
  7. Serves 4
