Forget the oatmeal packets and try this overnight oatmeal breakfast. It’s a portable, no-cook breakfast that makes early mornings less stressful. You can customize this recipe with any fresh fruit that tickles your fancy.

  • 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (NOT Instant or Steel-Cut)
  • 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Plain or Sweetened)
  • 1/3 Cup Milk (Almond, Coconut, or Dairy)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sweetener (Brown Sugar, Agave Nectar, Honey, or Maple Syrup)
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Fruit
  • Crunchy Toppings (Granola or Nuts) Add Just Before Serving
  1. In a mason jar (with tight fitting lid) combine oats, yogurt, milk, and sweetener. Shake to mix.
  2. Remove lid, add in fruit and place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. In morning remove from fridge and add toppings before serving.
  4. Serves 1
