This salad is best when chilled overnight.
- 2 Celery Ribs (Chopped)
 - 1 Jalapeño (Seeded & Sliced)
 - 10 Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
 - 2 Spring Onions Including Green Part (Chopped)
 - 1 Carrot (Chopped)
 - 2 Garlic Cloves (Sliced Very Thin)
 - 2/3 Cup Halved Olives
 - 1 Red Bell Pepper (Seeded & Chopped)
 - 1 Cup Gigante Beans
 - 1/2 Cup Italian Dressing
 
- In large-size bowl combine all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
 - Serve cold or at room temperature.
