Nutrient packed smoothies with ingredients like anti-inflammatory ginger and turmeric as well as naturally sweet mango and banana make for a healthy breakfast or snack.

  • 2 1/2 Cups Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Large Banana (Peeled And Cut Up)
  • 1 Cup Mango Chunks
  • 2 Teaspoons Peeled And Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Turmeric
  1. Add orange juice, banana pieces, mango chunks, ginger, and turmeric to blender or food processor. Purée until nice and smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  3. Serves 2
