Summer fruit shines in this no cook recipe. If you don’t have a melon baller then cut into 1-inch chunks instead.
- 1/2 Cantaloupe
- 1/2 Watermelon
- 8 Ounces Mozzarella Balls
- 12 Slices Prosciutto
- Balsamic Glaze (For Drizzling)
- Using a melon baller, scoop out 24 balls from cantaloupe and watermelon.
- Assemble skewers by layering cantaloupe, mozzarella, watermelon, and prosciutto until you have 12 skewers.
- Drizzle skewers with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
