Kids love to help out in the kitchen so get them on board with measuring and adding the ingredients to the blender for this “better for you” version of a malt shop classic. For fun confetti rims, add rainbow sprinkles to a rimmed plate. Spread some whipped cream around rims of glasses and then dip in the sprinkles.
- 1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3/4 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
- 1/3 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Add ice cream, milk, yogurt, and vanilla to blender and purée until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
- Serve immediately.
