This avocado dip is a tangy alternative to the usual party time guacamole. Serve with the chili pita chips for a tasty pre-game dip.

  • 2 Ripe Avocados (Peeled & Pitted)
  • 4 Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 2 Jalapeño Peppers (Seeded & Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro (Chopped)
  • Juice Of 2 Limes
  • 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  1. In a food processor add avocados, green onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, kosher salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Cover and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Makes 2 Cups.
