Perk up your summer sweet corn-on-the cob with easy to make herb butter.
- 2 Cobs (Cut In Half)
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
- 1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- Grill or boil corn halves in a medium-size pot filled with salted water. Remove corn when tender.
- While corn is cooking melt butter. After butter has melted mix in garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, kosher salt, and pepper.
- Brush butter onto corn before serving. Serve hot.
- Serves 2 to 4
