Perk up your summer sweet corn-on-the cob with easy to make herb butter.

 

  • 2 Cobs (Cut In Half)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  1. Grill or boil corn halves in a medium-size pot filled with salted water. Remove corn when tender.
  2. While corn is cooking melt butter. After butter has melted mix in garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, kosher salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush butter onto corn before serving. Serve hot.
  4. Serves 2 to 4
