I fell in love with drinking lassis on my numerous trips to India over the years. If you’ve never had one you are surely missing out. If you’re dairy free you may use coconut yogurt, almond yogurt, or cashew yogurt for milk yogurt.
- 2 Cups Fresh Mango (Diced)
- Zest Of 1 Lime
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- 1/8 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 Cups Whole Milk Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Cup Ice Cubes
- In blender combine mango, lime zest, lime juice, sugar, cardamom, and kosher salt. Blend until smooth. Add yogurt and water. Blend again. Add ice cubes and blend until nice and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
